Winners were chosen based on our same mathematically derived averaging system. The remainder of the award in this category was given to an Art Charity.

VIDEO CRITERIA

Create your video (1-2 min.) with a unique Touch of Blue in any artistic discipline your creative muse may lead . . .
Include lots of blue, upload to a Vimeo or YouTube platform that our judges can access, and submit the link.

Awards are as follow:
1st Place — $565
2nd Place — $465
3rd Place — $365
